The <br /> handling, labeling, disposal and manifest recordkeeping of <br /> hazardous waste at this facility is now being conducted in <br /> compliance with the California Code of Regulations. <br /> An ongoing employee training program in the proper handling <br /> of hazardous waste is in progress. All supervisors have <br /> already been trained and over half of the hourly workforce. <br /> The remainder of the hourly employees will be trained during <br /> the month of September. Records are being kept of the <br /> training and the training will be repeated annually. <br /> I certify under penalty of law that this document was <br /> prepared under my direction in accordance with a system <br /> designed to assure that qualified personnel properly gather <br /> and evaluate the information submitted. Based on my inquiry <br /> of the person or persons directly responsible for gathering <br /> the information, the information submitted is, to the best of <br /> my knowledge and belief, true, accurate and complete.
