Church Street <br /> Stockton, CA 95203 <br /> RE: REPORT OF VIOLATIONS AND SCHEDULE OF CORRECTIONS <br /> On March 11, 1993, San Joaquin County Public Health Services - <br /> Environmental Health Division, (PHS-EHD) , conducted an inspection <br /> of Newark Sierra Paperboard Corporation, (Newark) , located at 800 <br /> W. Church Street, Stockton, California. <br /> As a result of that inspection, violations of the hazardous waste <br /> regulations were identified. Specific violations and required <br /> corrective action are listed below. Failure to correct the <br /> identified violations within the scheduled time period will result <br /> in PHS-EHD citing you for continuing/additional violations. <br /> I. REPORT OF VIOLATIONS <br /> 1. Title 22, California Code of Regulations, Division 4 . 5, <br /> Section 66262. 34 (f) (3) . <br /> Drum containing hazardous waste was not labeled. <br /> 2 . Title 22 , California Code of Regulations, Division 4 . 5, <br /> Section 66262 . 34 (a) and (f) (1) . <br /> Drum containing hazardous waste had an accumulation date <br /> greater than 90 days, and another drum had no <br /> accumulation date indicated. <br /> 3 . Title 22, California Code of Regulations, Division 4. 5, <br /> Section 66262 . 40 (a) and 66262 .42 (a) . <br /> Several hazardous waste manifests lacked the accompanying <br /> return copy signed by the disposal facility.
