The discharge shall not depress the dissolved oxygen concentration in <br /> Mormon Slough. <br /> 10. The discharge shall not cause a violation of any applicable water <br /> quality standard for receiving waters adopted by the Board or the <br /> State Water Resources Control Board as required by the Clean Water Act <br /> and regulations adopted thereunder. If more stringent applicable <br /> water quality standards are approved pursuant to Section 303 of the <br /> Clean Water Act, or amendments thereto, the Board will revise and <br /> modify this Order in accordance with such more stringent standards. <br /> 11. This permit shall be modified, or alternatively, revoked and reissued, <br /> to comply with any applicable effluent standard or limitation issued <br /> or approved under Section 301 (b) (2) ( C) , and (D) , 304(b) (2) , and <br /> 307( a) ( 2) of the Clean Water Act, if the effluent standard or <br /> limitation so issued or approved: <br /> (a) Contains different conditions or is otherwise more stringent than <br /> any effluent limitation in the permit; or <br /> (b) Controls any pollutant not limited in the permit. <br /> The permit as modified or reissued under this paragraph shall also <br /> contain any other requirements of the Act when applicable. <br /> E. Provisions: <br /> 1. Neither the discharge nor its treatment shall create a nuisance or <br /> pollution as defined in Section 13050 of the California Water Lode. <br /> 2. The requirements prescribed by this Order supersede the requirements <br /> prescribed by Order No. 79-186 (NPDES No. CA0003883) , adopted by the <br /> Board on 24 August 1979, which are hereby rescinded. <br /> 3. The Discharger shall comply with the "Standard Provisions and <br /> Reporting Requirements (NPDES)", dated 15 May 1986, which are part of <br /> this Order. <br /> 4. The Discharger shall notify the Regional Board as soon as it knows or <br /> has reason to believe: <br /> a. That any activity has occurred or will occur that would result in <br /> the discharge of any toxic pollutant that Knot limited in this <br /> permit, if that discharge will exceed the highest of the <br /> following "notification levels": <br /> 1) 100 micrograms per liter (ug/1 ) <br /> 2) 200 ug/l for acrolein and acrylonitrile; 500 ug/1 for <br /> 2,4-dinitrophenol and 2-methyl-4,6-dinitrophenol ; and 1 ug/1 <br /> for antimony; <br />
