P707826599 <br /> EPA# <br /> Gold Bond Building Products <br /> 800 West Church <br /> Stockton, CA 95203 <br /> Dear Mr. Baker: <br /> NOTICE OF VIOLATION AND SCHEDULE FOR COMPLIANCE <br /> On January 9 , 1986, the Department of Health Services (DHS) <br /> conducted an inspection of Gold Bond Building Products. <br /> As a result of that inspection, violations of hazardous <br /> waste statutes and regulations were identified. <br /> Specific violation(s) and required corrective action are <br /> listed below. Failure to correct the identified <br /> violation(s) within the schedule provided will result in DHS <br /> citing you for continuing/additional violations. <br /> I. Schedule of Violations <br /> 1. Section 66508 Title California Administrative Code. <br /> A label shall be maintained on all non-stationary <br /> containers in which hazardous waste are stored, <br /> including the date upon which accumulation of waste <br /> began. <br /> Gold Bond Building Products did not place hazardous <br /> waste stickers and/or accumulation dates on drums of <br /> hazardous waste stored at the facility. <br /> II. Schedule for Correction <br /> Violations noted in the "Schedule of Violations" Section of <br /> this report shall be corrected immediately. <br /> Please send written certification, which contains the <br /> sample certification statement indicated on the <br /> enclosed sheet, to this office as soon as the above <br /> corrections have been completed. <br />
