Progress reports must be <br /> submitted quarterly. <br /> INSPECTION SUMMARY <br /> Gold Bond is in violation of Board Order No. 79-186, Effluent Limitation B.1, <br /> �rovision A.1; and threatened violation of Receiving Water Limitations D.2, 0.3 <br /> nd D.6: <br /> " A.1 The discharge of wastes other than noncontact process cooling waters <br /> to surface waters or surface water drainage courses is prohibited. <br /> B.1 The discharge shall consist of only of cooling water. <br /> D.2 The discharge shall not cause visible oil , grease, scum, foam, or <br /> floating or suspended material in the receiving waters or <br /> watercourses. <br /> D.3 The discharge shall not cause concentrations of any materials in the <br /> receiving waters which are deleterious to human, animal , aquatic or <br /> plant life. <br /> D.6 The discharge shall not cause bottom deposits in the receiving <br /> waters which are deleterious to human, aquatic or plant life.
