1.0 INTRODUCTION <br />EarthCon Consultants CA, Inc. (EarthCon —formerly Premier Environmental Services CA, Inc.) has <br />prepared this Hazardous Waste Tank Assessment Report (Report) for the Stockton Pick -N -Pull <br />facility located at 3927 Clark Drive, in Stockton, California (Site) (see Figures 1 and 2). On <br />September 7, 2011, EarthCon conducted an assessment of the Site including the waste tanks, <br />secondary containment, piping, and ancillary equipment. <br />This Report has been prepared in accordance with California Code of Regulations, Title 22 Section <br />66265.192(k) [22 CCR 66265.192 (k)] and has been certified by a California- registered engineer in <br />accordance with 22 CCR 66270.11 (d).
