<br />107. No waste analysis was available on site for the oily waste. A generator shall keep a record of any
<br />test results, waste analyses, or other determinations made in accordance with hazardous waste
<br />regulations for at least three years from the date that the waste was last sent to on-site or off-site
<br />treatment, storage, or disposal. Immediately locate a copy of the waste analysis conducted for the oily
<br />waste and submit a copy to the EHD by October 26, 2012.
<br />REPEAT VIOLATION
<br />110. The contingency plan for this facility did not include the location of emergency equipment at the
<br />facility, the evacuation map, or the phone number for CalEMA. The corporate environmental contact was
<br />able to locate the map of evacuation routes and emergency equipment on the internet. A contingency
<br />plan shall include all of the following:
