Repeat Violation <br /> The Universal Waste Electronic Devices, CRT's, Used Batteries, non-empty aerosol cans <br /> did not have proper containment. Provide containment and documentation of this <br /> containment. Class II Violation <br /> #76. CCR, section 66273.14 — SQH did not mark universal waste according to this <br /> section. Repeat Violation <br /> Several containers of universal wastes were not labeled properly. Label all containers <br /> according to Title 22 and provide documentation of this labeling. Class II Violation <br /> #77. CCR, section 66273.15 (c) — SQH was unable to demonstrate the length of time <br /> UW was accumulated from the date it became a waste or was received. Repeat Violation <br /> Accumulation start dates were not labeled on the containers of universal waste and copies <br /> of disposal receipts were not found onsite. Provide documentation that all containers of <br /> universal waste have an accumulation start date labeled on them and provide copies of <br /> disposal receipts for all universal wastes. Class II Violation <br /> #78. CCR, section 66273.16 — SQH did not inform employees who handle UW proper <br /> handling and emergency procedures. <br /> Provide documentation that employees who handle universal waste have proper training <br /> according to this section. Class II Violation <br /> #94.
