Webber Avenue, Third Floor <br /> Stockton, CA 95202-2708 <br /> Dear Mr. Von Flue, <br /> Thank you for your time during our recent inspection of the Pick-n-Pull store at 3927 Clark Avenue, Stockton, <br /> CA. We appreciate your guidance. The following is a list of the violations you found at the site and what we <br /> have done to correct them: <br /> 1) #19-55 gallon drum of unknown contents located next to well house has been onsite longer than 90 <br /> days. Dispose of immediately. <br /> According to the site manager, this was an empty drum that had collected storm water. The water <br /> was placed into our waste coolant/water tanks to be disposed of with that waste stream. <br /> 2) #20-All containers in drain rack area were not labeled properly. Satellite containers for used oil were <br /> also not labeled properly. <br /> All tanks of used oil and antifreeze in the drain area will be labeled with permanent, easier to read <br /> labels and the accumulation start dates will be updated each time the tanks are emptied. The <br /> customer oil drop-off tank will labeled in the same manner as the oil tanks in the drain area and we <br /> will not be managing it as a satellite location. (See the attached pictures A, B, and C.) <br /> 3) #27-A TSDF (signed off) copy for manifest#24534439 was not found onsite. Provide a copy. <br /> A final destination copy of manifest#24534439 was obtained and is now on file at our Stockton <br /> location.
