(See attached / email) <br /> Page 8 table 1 of the SPCC plan now lists the "used motor oil" which is in fact <br /> 240 gallons. This was corrected by the PE. (See attached email). Page 16, <br /> section 5 of the SPCC plan has been corrected by the PE to remove the <br /> statement: "proposed to be constructed at the facility". (See attached / email) <br /> All corrections to the SPCC plan have been completed by the PE. <br /> Violations have been corrected. CW <br /> Item #517 (APSA program inspection report) <br /> On 08/28/2013 we immediately began the required weekly inspections of the oil <br /> storage areas referenced by the SPCC plan. Please see attached weekly <br /> inspection copy. Also understand to keep the records on file for at least three <br /> years. Violation has been corrected. CW <br /> All reported violations 108, 122, 123, 124, 132, 301, 133, 503, 517 have been corrected and <br /> inspected by me, Craig Wright on or before 09/27/2013. <br />
