Changed the Radioactive Hazardous Waste Management (RHWM) job titles and <br />organizational names. <br />2. Replaced RHWM contractor training course (RH5012) with two LLNL respirator <br />training courses: HS4610-W and HS 4630-P. <br />3. Removed the DWTF tritium stack monitoring device by disconnecting the tritium <br />sampler from the stack monitoring system and capping off the inlet and outlet sample <br />lines. The capped lines will be left in place to enable future reinstatement of tritium <br />monitoring, if required. This device was not required by regulations and LLNL used it as <br />part of its best management practice. <br />4. Updated job titles and duties for Characterization Chemist Team Leader and Sampling <br />Technician Lead and updated the job duties for the Characterization Chemist, Waste <br />Generator Group Leader and Sampling Technician (no changes to training requirements). <br />Replaced the Incidental Crane Operator course numbers HS5690 and HS5690-CERT. <br />5. Amended the LLNL Contingency Plan by changing the listed names for Alternate <br />Emergency Coordinator and Storage and Disposal Group Leader. <br />ESH-EFA-WP-12-2226 — SW/PY:jk <br />
