After discussing this potential training deficiency with Adam Conour, it became
apparent that his training coordinator did not answer the LTRAIN question correctly regarding
the need to take the tank training. Adam Conour does not have any tank responsibilities;
therefore, EP001-001 is not required. This issue was discussed with the training coordinator,
who changed the response from "yes" (tank training needed) to "no" (tank training not needed)
in LTRAIN.
As stated above, Adam Conour does not need tank training; however, he is a hazardous waste
generator. He is presently current on initial and annual training for hazardous waste
generators.
Adam Conour hazardous waste training course completion dates:
EP0006-COR: 11/20/14
EP0006-HZ: 11/20/14
EP0006-HZRW: 11/23/16
Pursuant to 22 CCR 66265.16(d), training documentation will be provided in the following format.
