Dispose of their regulated <br />wastes, in accordance with the LLNL institutional requirements and Waste <br />ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH Acceptance Criteria. Identify the appropriate response to a regulated waste <br />DEPARTMENT release, in accordance with LLNL Emergency Plan and Facility Specific <br />Contingency Plans. <br />Instruction type: Instructor -led training. <br />Length: 2 hours. <br />Repeat frequency: One time only. <br />Course Number/Title: EP0006-HZ/ Hazardous Waste Generation and Certification Module. <br />Description: Course provides hazardous waste generators and others who have hazardous <br />waste management responsibilities instruction on regulatory requirements and <br />LLNL procedures pertaining to their responsibilities in the management of <br />hazardous wastes. <br />Objectives: Upon completion of this course, the student will have the ability to identify the <br />constituents of their hazardous wastes, in accordance with the LLNL institutional <br />requirements. Hazardous waste accumulation area requirements and waste <br />documentation for hazardous waste. <br />Instruction type: On-line. <br />Length: Variable, depending on student knowledge of subject matter. <br />Repeat frequency: Annually. <br />
