Due to lack of determination from the DTSC, the EHD has made a determination the collection system is <br />"in use" and does not need to be labeled as a hazardous waste until the waste is removed from the collection <br />system. Please be aware if a written determination comes out from the DTSC that contradicts the EHD, the <br />DTSC determination will supersede.
