Researched speculative <br />PE 2249 SC 002 <br />accumulation regulations and laws. <br />10/14/2015 Called Stan Terusaki to cancel the inspection for today since Cindy Vo is <br />PR0514115 <br />RIVERA <br />30 min sick. Received several emails and calls from Stan to verify that the <br />PE 2249 SC 002 <br />inspection will be continued tomorrow. <br />PR0514115 <br />VO <br />Emailed WN & MH regarding the treatment activities at the facility. They <br />reported themselves at a treatment facility on CERS. The treatment <br />activities on site (aside from the unpermitted drying of oil based paint found <br />during the inspection) are part of the TSDFs. <br />10/15/2015 Day 4 of routine inspection. Discussed notes with <br />PR0514115 <br />VO <br />228 min Stacy R. and went over the site buildings. <br />PE 2249 SC 002 <br />10/16/2015 Began organizing the inspection notes into a chart of all buildings on site <br />PR0514115 <br />RIVERA <br />240 min and their contents, based on the information provided by the inspection <br />PE 2249 SC 002 <br />contacts and the site brochure. <br />Discussed additional violations and checklist issues with the haz. mat. <br />inspectors based on their findings. <br />10/19/2015 Day 5 of inspection. Completed inspection and left checklist on site with <br />PR0514115 <br />VO <br />420 min John Scott. Discovered that Stan was taking random photos throughout the <br />PE 2249 SC 002 <br />inspection that included photos of myself (approximately 5 photos). <br />Discussed it with Stan to see what was the purposes of the photos and he <br />said it was for his reference of the area. During the inspection today, Stan <br />also jokingly shove me at building 802 to insist that I go in first.
