This full official <br />inspection report supersedes the checklist that was left on site with John <br />Scott on October 19, 2015. One added violation, item # 401, is included in <br />this inspection report that was not reflected on the checklist that was left on <br />site. The inspection lasted for 5 days and included the following dates: <br />September 30, 2015 <br />October 1, 2015 <br />October 5, 2015 <br />October 15, 2015 <br />October 19, 2015 <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form <br />to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have <br />been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork <br />within 30 days of receipt of full official inspection report. <br />Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to <br />submit all hazardous materials information online to the California <br />Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov. Be <br />sure to include your hazardous waste activity in the Businesses Activities <br />section in CERS in addition to any other relevant activities and required <br />fields. <br />Notes: <br />An underground storage tank was found at Corp Yard by M80 and a second <br />underground tank was found at Corp yard north of 865. Submit a statement <br />on the history of the usage of the tank, where it came from and how long <br />has it been removed. Please haul or close both underground tanks found at <br />Corp Yard by M80 and Corp Yard north of 865 according to Title 22 <br />hazardous waste regulations. <br />Provided: Return to compliance <br />Waste Streams: metal fines, used oil, drained used oil filters, universal <br />waste, electronic waste, asbestos, aerosol cans, high explosive, diesel fuel <br />mixture, ethyl lactate, flammable liquids, corrosive liquids, burn pit ash, <br />corrosive solids, hydrogen peroxide, methyl ethyl ketone, calcium sulfate, <br />labpack, batteries, absorbent, etc. <br />10/01/2015 Day 2 of routine inspection (walk-through).
