prevention and preparedness plan, the training plan for facility employees who handle <br />hazardous waste, and the weekly inspection logs. <br />The inspectors randomly selected and examined training records for a Site 300 <br />Explosives Waste Treatment Facility Technician. It appeared to the inspectors that the <br />employee had met all of the training requirements outlined in the Facility's training plan <br />in the Part B permit application except for Medic First Aid training which is required <br />every 2 years. Subsequent to the inspection Site 300 provided evidence that the <br />employee had completed the required training in August of 2009 and that they updated <br />their training records accordingly. <br />Besides the missing training information described above, the facility representatives <br />were able to present all of the requested documentation and the inspectors did not observe <br />any potential violations. <br />
