SU Y OF VIOL S CLASS , LASS I, orCM NOR-Notice to Com tI This is a report of the Routine hazardous waste inspection conducted at the referenced facility by San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). The following are Class II (Repeat) violations: #122, 125, and the following are Minor Violations - Notice to Comply- #101,108,127,128, omply:#101,108,127,128,301,605,610,812, 101. This facility's EPA ID number is inactive. A hazardous waste generator shall not treat, store, dispose of, transport or offer for transportation, hazardous waste without an EPA ID number. Immediately contact DTSC and reactivate your EPA ID number and submit evidence to the EHD by .'-1�.-,n 27, 2012. A form has been provided. 108. The following wastes require hazardous waste determination: Oily liquid inside the secondary containment next to the used oil tank, liquid inside the secondary containment for the waste anti-freeze container, two oily mops declared waste by owner, and the metal particles at the work bench, the container below the lathe, and the floor below the work bench. Generator shall make hazardous waste determination of the waste and manage the waste accordingly. If metal is to be recycled as scrap metal, hazardous property and size of metal particles must be determined before they can be recycled. Please be aware that particles 100 microns or smaller must be handled as hazardous waste if the metal waste is determined to be hazardous. Immediately make a hazardous waste determination of the above wastes and manage them accordingly, or dispose of the waste as hazardous waste in accordance to California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 22, and submit a copy of the disposal record to EHD by April 27, 2012.
