May 5,2015 <br /> French Camp, CA Page 13 of 41 <br /> 3.1 CONTAINMENT ASSESSMENT AND EVALUATION <br /> We have evaluated the Storage Tank containment and find the following to be true: <br /> This tank containment (outer double-wall detail) has now and will continue to <br /> contain in the future liquids that can be classified as non-RCRA hazardous <br /> materials. <br /> The following assessment details are known or have been evaluated: <br /> 1. Pursuant to Section 66264.193(b)(1); The secondary <br /> containment (outer tank wall) is designed and constructed such that <br /> it will contain any minor leak of stored liquid until it can be properly <br /> cleaned; <br /> 2. Pursuant to Section 66264.193(b)(2); The secondary tank has <br /> been designed to accepted industry practice and is free of defects <br /> and may temporarily retain these non-RCRA hazardous materials <br /> until such leaks or spills are detected and cleaned up; <br /> 3. Pursuant to Section 66264.193(c)(1); The concrete slab under <br /> the tank is adequately constructed according to accepted industry <br /> practice and supports this Storage Tank as required; <br /> 4. Pursuant to Section 66264.193(c)(2); The concrete slab under <br /> the tank is properly designed and of suitable strength and <br /> thickness; <br /> 5.
