Hazardous waste generators must make a California Code of Regulation Title 22 hazardous waste determination regarding waste generated. Correct immediately. #23 Bill of lading for used filters from the past three years were not available for review. Bill of lading for used filters must be retained for three years. Correct immediately. Submit a copy of the the disposal record for used filters from the past three years to this office by 7-23-10. #60 Signed off copies of manifests for the past three years were not available, on site, at time of inspection. Copies of all signed off manifests must be kept on site for at least three years. Correct immediately.
