Universal waste lamps must be stored in a <br /> closed container and in a manner that prevents breakage and release to the environment. Broken lamps <br /> must be immediately cleaned up/containerized and universal waste lamps must be stored in a closed <br /> container and in a manner that prevents breakage and release to the environment. Correct immediately. <br /> #81 Universal waste electronics (scanner, speakers, CRT monitor, fax machine, microwave, oven, three <br /> printers, and two desk top computers) are stored in the south west outside fenced/locked storage area. <br /> Universal waste electronic devices must be stored in a manner that prevents breakage and release to <br /> the environment. Correct immediately. <br /> #83 Universal waste electronics (scanner, speakers, CRT monitor, fax machine, microwave, oven, three <br /> printers, and two desk top computers) stored the south west outside fenced/locked storage area are not <br /> labeled as universal waste nor type of universal waste. Universal waste must be labeled to identify type <br /> of universal waste. Correct immediately. Label electronic waste as universal waste electronics. <br /> #84 Universal waste electronics (scanner, speakers, CRT monitor, fax machine, microwave, oven, three <br /> printers, and two desk top computers) stored the south west outside fenced/locked storage area do not <br /> have documentation of when they became a universal waste. It cannot be determined how long this <br /> waste has been on site. Universal waste must be disposed of correctly within one year of becoming a <br /> universal waste. Generator must demonstrate the length of time the universal waste has been <br /> accumulated from the date it became a waste or was received. Correct immediately.
