Generator must demonstrate the length of time the universal waste has been accumulated from the date it became a waste or was received. Correct immediately. Dispose of the current universal waste on site properly and submit a copy of the disposal record to this office by 7-24-10. Complete and submit the return to compliance certification, corrective action statements for each violation, and any other supporting documentation to this office by 7-24-10.
