This is a Class II violation. <br /> 301 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste. <br /> Observed latex paint contaminated water in the basin of one of the storm drains, though the paint did not advance off sit <br /> based on observation of the two downgradient storm drains. Facilities shall be maintained and operated to minimize the <br /> possibility of a fire, explosion, or release of hazardous waste to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human <br /> health or the environment.
