All hazardous waste containers shall be marked <br /> with the following information: <br /> -th words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> - n me and address of generator <br /> - hazardous properties <br /> - p ysical state <br /> -cc mposition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. Generator demonstrated the start date of accumulation. Violation was corrected on site. <br /> 3040 Obse ed latex paint contaminated water in the storm drain (see Violation #301 above) basin, though it did not progress <br /> into the two adjacent storm drains nor going off site. Health and Safety Code (HSC) 25217.1 prohibits the disposal of <br /> liquid l tex paint to land or water. Immediately clean up the spill and manage according to Title 22 hazardous waste <br /> regula ions, and prevent any such further reiease. Observed contaminated water and residuals removed from drain <br /> Submi documentation how this violation is corrected including prevention measure to this office. This is a Class II <br /> violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete nd submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documentirig the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by February 5, 2015. <br /> Consent to perform the inspection, take photos and collect samples was given by Michael Wutzke, Manager. <br /> This facility 215 pounds of hazardous waste in the last calendar year (Jan-Dec) and the last 12 months. <br /> Observed generator closed hazardous waste container. Discrepancy was corrected on site. Hazardous waste <br /> containers must be closed at all times except when adding or removing. <br /> Generator provided consolidated hazardous waste disposal records before leaving facility. Discrepancy was <br /> corrected on site.
