The following are Minor Violations - Notice to <br /> Comply: #404,804,808 <br /> 404. No cover on the two blue rectangular metal containers which the owner stated are being used for <br /> storage of all waste oil on site. All hazardous waste containers shall be closed at all times except when <br /> adding or removing waste. Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste <br /> containers are closed when not adding or removing waste. Submit evidence of correction to EHD by <br /> June 30, 2012. <br /> 804,808. Eight universal waste fluorescent lamps were not stored in a container. Universal wastes, <br /> including aerosol cans, lamps, alkaline batteries, mercury containing switches, CRT, electronic devices, <br /> etc. shall be stored in a closed container that prevents breakage and release to the environment, labeled <br /> to identify the type of Universal Waste and the initial date of accumulation, managed within one year of <br /> storage, and retained a copy of the disposal receipt for at least 3 years on site.
