SUMMARY OF VIOLAMORS— (CLASS I, CLASS II, o MINOR-Notice to Com I This is a report of the Routine hazardous waste inspection conducted at the referenced facility by San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). The following are Minor Violations - Notice to Comply: #404,804,808 404. No cover on the two blue rectangular metal containers which the owner stated are being used for storage of all waste oil on site. All hazardous waste containers shall be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste. Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or removing waste. Submit evidence of correction to EHD by June 30, 2012. 804,808. Eight universal waste fluorescent lamps were not stored in a container. Universal wastes, including aerosol cans, lamps, alkaline batteries, mercury containing switches, CRT, electronic devices, etc. shall be stored in a closed container that prevents breakage and release to the environment, labeled to identify the type of Universal Waste and the initial date of accumulation, managed within one year of storage, and retained a copy of the disposal receipt for at least 3 years on site. Immediately dispose of the above universal waste - batteries and submit a copy of the disposal receipt to EHD by June 30, 2012. ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE.
