This information was required to be submitted by 8-27-2017.An <br /> incomplete return to compliance statement was received on 9-17-2015. An operator that receives an inspection <br /> report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a statement documenting corrective actions <br /> taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. Ensure that a written response documenting corrective <br /> actions taken or proposed is submitted within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 303 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems, spill control, or decontamination <br /> equipment. <br /> A fire extinguiser on the wall near the front entrance was observed not charged. All facility communications or alarm <br /> systems,fire protection equipment, spill control equipment, and decontamination equipment,where required, shall <br /> be tested and maintained as necessary to assure its proper operation in time of emergency. Immediately begin this <br /> practice. Submit a corrective action statement to the EHD when the fire extinguisher has been charged. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 403 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing hazardous <br /> waste. <br /> One black 55 gallon steel drum containing oily debris(used metal and paper oil filters, absorbent)was observed <br /> overfilling. All hazardous waste containers shall be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste. <br /> Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or <br /> removing waste. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(d)Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days. <br /> One black 55 gallon steel drum containing oily debris(used metal and paper oil filters, absorbent)was observed <br /> with no accumulation start date.According to the owner,the waste was picked up more than 180 days ago. <br /> Facilities who generate less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste <br /> stored on site at any time may store waste on site up to 180 days.
