The drum was overflowing. <br /> -Two black 55 gallon steel drums containing used oil was observed without a hazardous waste label. The drums <br /> were less than a quarter full. <br /> -One white 55 gallon steel drum containing used oil was observed without a hazardous waste label. The drum was <br /> less than a quarter full. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> The owner correctly labeled all of the hazardous waste containers during the inspection. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by August 25, 2018. <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials <br /> information online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
