There are approximately six 55 gallon empty metal drums and one 30 gallon poly blue drum located <br /> outside on the north side of property by the trailers. They appear to have been on site longer than one <br /> year of being emptied. Containers larger than five gallons that previously held a hazardous material shall <br /> be marked with the date they were emptied and managed within one year of being emptied. Since they <br /> have been on site longer than one year of being emptied, immediately properly dispose of the metal <br /> drums and the poly container to an authorized hazardous waste facility or recycle the metal drums. <br /> Provide a copy of disposal receipt to EHD. <br /> 605. Two blue 55 gallon metal drums of used oil located in the shop and one split used oil/empty <br /> unleaded gasoline tank does not have a hazardous waste label of any sort. All hazardous waste <br /> containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> 1. the words "Hazardous Waste", 2. name and address of generator, 3. hazardous properties <br /> 4. physical state, 5. composition (contents), 6. accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all <br /> the required information. <br /> - Corrected on site. Provided hazardous waste labels and marked all the required information on the <br /> label.
