Landfill for disposal . <br /> NOVEMBER 13 , 1995 • <br /> Remove fence panels from around the hole . <br /> Moved in 690 excavator . <br /> Placed fence around perimeter of the property. <br /> Removed debris from the hole , including 5 fence <br /> panels ( 1 damaged) . <br /> Using the 690 excavator remove balance of debris from <br /> the hole and prepare to take soil samples . <br /> Retrieve 4 soil samples from excavation as directed by <br /> San Joaquin Health Services personnel . Sampling was <br /> done by GeoAnalytical Laboratories , Inc. personnel . <br /> Samples were analyzed for BTEX and THP-G. The enclosed <br /> map shows the locations the samples were taken from. <br /> Profile stockpiled spoil to Forward, Inc. Landfill for <br /> disposal using previous spoil pile analyses supplied <br /> by San Joaquin Health Services along with GeoAnalytical <br /> analyses for the 8270 . <br /> -1- <br />
