NOVEMBER 14 . 1995 : <br /> Load and off hauled spoil pile to Forward , Inc. Landfill <br /> 9999 S . Austin Road, Manteca, CA for disposal . <br /> Debris also removed and off hauled to Forward, Inc. <br /> Eight loads were hauled there - approximately 140 cubic <br /> yards to equal approximately 163 tons . <br /> Hauled in 12 loads of clean compactable soil from Allen ' s <br /> pit for backfill of excavated area. <br /> NOVEMBER 15 , 1995 • <br /> Backfill excavated area with imported soil and compact . <br /> Kleinfelder soil engineer present during backfilling <br /> and compacting of excavation. Kleinfelder compaction <br /> test enclosed. <br /> NOVEMBER 16 . 1995 : <br /> Hauled in 9 loads of clean compactable soil from Allen ' s <br /> pit for backfill of excavated area . <br /> Total of approximately 420 cubic yards clean compactable <br /> soil was placed <br /> Backfill excavated area with imported soil and compact . <br /> As per San Joaquin Health Services instructions , <br /> backfilled area was filled and compacted to existing <br /> grade plus 6 inches to prevent water pooling . <br /> Kleinfelder soil engineer present during backfilling and <br /> compacting of excavated area.
