We are prepared to give a reasonable extension of our due <br /> date if a cooperative agreement, between yourself and ExxonMobil Corporation, can be <br /> reached shortly. Nevertheless, if you do not reach an agreement with ExxonMobil Corporation <br /> to allow reasonable access and the conduct of the needed activities, affecting the submission <br /> of the investigation report by that date, you will be required to conduct the necessary <br /> investigation on your property in accordance with California Water Code Section 13267 or <br /> 13304. <br /> Please inform me by 10 August 2007 of your intentions to provide access for this <br /> investigation.
