i • <br /> 10.3.4 Go to your pre-assigned relocation area. If you are unable to reach your <br /> relocation area, report to the relocation area nearest to your exit. Inform the <br /> area leader of your situation. <br /> 10.3.5 Supervisors must ensure that all of their employees are accounted for. <br /> 10.3.6 Employees must not leave a relocation area unless instructed to do so by the <br /> on-scene manager. <br /> 10.3.7 Employees may only re-enter a building once it has been cleared to the <br /> satisfaction of the Facility Incident Commander. An Emergency Response <br /> Team member will notify the relocation area leader that the building is safe to <br /> re-enter. <br /> 10.3.8 Employees must cooperate with emergency response personnel. <br /> Interference with ERT activities can create unsafe situations and prolong <br /> response time. <br /> 10.4 Relocation Area Leader procedures are as.follows: <br /> 10.4.1 The relocation area leaders must immediately go to their assigned <br /> assembly areas in the event of an evacuation. <br /> 10.4.2 The relocation area leader, in coordination with area supervisors, is <br /> responsible for taking a head count of employees. <br /> 10.4.2.1 Each area supervisor shall take a head count of their direct report <br /> employees, identify those who are missing and the area they were last <br /> seen, and report this information to the relocation area leader. <br /> 10.4.2.2 The relocation area leader must identify all employees who are <br /> accounted for and not accounted for at their assigned relocation area. <br /> This may include misplaced employees, janitors, and contractors. <br /> 10.4.2.3 The relocation area leader shall report injuries and status of their head <br /> count (roll call) to the Production shift supervisor or the Incident <br /> Commander at the Scale house. <br /> 10.4.3 The relocation area leader shall ensure that all employees remain at the <br /> relocation area and await further instructions from the Emergency <br /> Coordinator. <br /> 10.4.4 The Facility Incident Commander will send an ERT crew member to notify <br /> each relocation area leader when it is safe to re-enter. <br /> ERT Contingency Plan Page I0 06/24/99 <br />
