10:5 Emergency Response Team procedures are as follows <br /> 10.5.1 When an evacuation is initiated, ensure that employees in the immediate <br /> area evacuate quickly but in a safe manner. <br /> 10.5.2. Once the initial area is cleared of employees, begin a quick sweep of <br /> pre-assigned areas to ensure that there are no unaware or injured <br /> employees. Immediately report any injured person(s) who are unable to <br /> evacuate to the Scene Manager. <br /> 10.5.3 Immediately report to Scene Manager once a quick sweep is completed. <br /> Further assignments will then be given to ERT members. <br /> 10.5.4 Some ERT's may be assigned to coordinate with Relocation Area Leaders. <br /> Notify if there are any injured or missing employees as per the Relocation <br /> Area Leader. Stay near your assigned area(s) until instructed otherwise by <br /> the Incident Commander. <br /> 10.5.5 Other ERTs will be assigned detailed secondary sweeps of a building <br /> depending on reports from the Relocation Areas. <br /> 10.5.6 The Incident Commander will call all employees back into.the buildings once <br /> it is determined that it is safe to do so. This is under advisement from ERTs <br /> and available monitoring systems. <br /> 10.6 List of assigned relocation areas and assigned Relocation Area Leaders: <br /> Relocation Areas: Primary Area --Admin Building north parking lot. <br /> Secondary Area South of Carpenter Shop building. <br /> Account for Personnel 1 Relocation Leader Backup Relocation Leader <br /> Administration John Mack Trudy LeGrand <br /> Maintenance Joe Lopez Dwight Keinin er <br /> Materials Management Ed Hendrickson Norbert Koller <br /> Production Hugh Garol Bill Batterton <br /> Plant offices Harvey Horner Donna Murphy <br /> Contractors & visitors Weighmaster NIA <br /> via scalehouse <br /> Visitors via turnstile Switchboard NIA <br /> 10.7 Evacuation routes and assembly areas are posted on the emergency cards <br /> and are show on a map contained in the appendix.
