2009.The satellite accumulation area has since been moved inside the building, in the work area and in <br /> direct control of the print shop. <br /> Item#20:Failed to properly label container of hazardous waste. <br /> A 5 gallon bucket of used oil was left in the Carpenters'Shap without any label.On June 30, 2009,this <br /> container was removed and properly disposed. <br /> Item#21:Failed to keep containers of HW closed except when adding/removing HW. <br /> This item was also due to the 5 gallon container of oil in the Carpenters'Shop. <br /> On June 30,2009,this container was removed and properly disposed. <br /> Item#33:Failed to:(1)Drain of free flowing oil........ <br /> This observation was also due to out—of-service equipment in the "Bone Yard"storage area.All filters <br /> have been drained and removed, properly stored and will be disposed.All of the out-of-service <br /> equipment has since been removed and recycled as scrap metal. <br /> Item#78:Failed to:store UW lamps in a closed container and in a manner that prevents breakage and <br /> release to the environment..... <br /> The single florescent lamp that was left in a light fixture that was attached to a piece of office furniture <br /> was removed on June 30, 2009.This florescent lamp is now properly stored as Universal Waste and will <br /> be recycled. <br /> Item#80:Foiled to:(1)store a UW electronic device in a manner that prevents breakage and release to <br /> the environment... <br /> The microwave oven that was in the "Bone Yard" storage area was removed on June 30,2009 and <br /> properly stored with other electronic waste.This item will properly disposed/recycled. <br /> Violation#82: Failed to label universal waste to identify type of universal waste. <br /> Although on another portion of the container the proper item description was included,an additional <br /> label with the words, "Universal Waste"was added per the request of the EHD. <br /> Item#91:See attached"Continuation-Official Inspection Report"for violation(s)not listed above. Hand <br /> written item stating "Aerosol puncture". <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
