Immediately begin maintaining this facility in this manner. Immediately begin <br /> maintaining the secondary containment pallets in such a way. <br /> #19) 25201(a) HSC: Stored hazardous waste onsite longer than 90 days without a <br /> permit or authorization <br /> At time of inspection: <br /> 1-55 gallon drum of silver waste,in the print shop, was seen with a start accumulation <br /> date of 3/20109. <br /> 1-5 gallon plastic bucket, full of a dark oily liquid, in the boneyard, without a start <br /> accumulation date <br /> I small, plastic container of perchloric acid fluoride distillation waste, in the lab,with a <br /> start accumulation date of 2120109. <br /> 1-5 gallon bucket of hydraulic oil, in the carpenter shop, without a start accumulation <br /> date. <br /> 1-55 gallon drum of aerosol residual waste with illegible start accumulation date. <br /> A hazardous waste generator may accumulate hazardous waste on-site for up to 90 days <br /> without a permit or authorization from the Department. The hazardous wastes listed <br /> above have exceeded the time limit or the generator is unable to demonstrate how long <br /> they have been on site and must be removed immediately by a CA licensed hazardous <br /> waste hauler, under manifest, to a permitted TSDF.
