Cautions ' <br /> Prior to beginning field work, underground utilities in the vicinity of the drilling areas will <br /> be identified by one of the following three actions(lines of evidence): ' <br /> • Contact the State One Call <br /> • Obtain a detailed site utility plan drawn to scale, preferably an"as-built"plan ' <br /> • Conduct a detailed visual site inspection <br /> In the event that one or more of the above lines of evidence cannot be conducted, or ' <br /> if the accuracy of utility location is questionable,a minimum of one additional line of <br /> evidence will be utilized as appropriate or suitable to the conditions.
