Personnel Qualifications <br /> ARCADIS field sampling personnel will have current health and safety training ' <br /> including 40-hour HAZWOPER training, site supervisor training,site-specific training, <br /> first aid, and CPR, as needed. ARCADIS personnel may sign manifests on a case-to- ' <br /> case basis for clients, provided the appropriate agreement is in place between <br /> ARCADIS and the client documenting that ARCADIS is not the generator, but is acting <br /> as authorized representative for the generator.ARCADIS personnel who sign ' <br /> hazardous waste manifests will have the current DOT hazardous materials <br /> transportation training according to 49 CFR§ 172.704.ARCADIS field personnel will <br /> also comply with client-specific training such as LPS. In addition,ARCADIS field ' <br /> sampling personnel will be versed in the relevant SOPS and posses the required skills <br /> and experience necessary to successfully complete the desired field work. <br /> III.
