The <br /> addendum proposes to relocate the two SBs to one in the former tank pit and one to the <br /> south east of the former tank pit and to use continuous coring. The four proposed soil <br /> borings near the septic area will be reduced to one boring. The addendum also provides <br /> more information on the procedure to be used for the "Simple Green" study. <br /> 05-10-94 PHSIEHD sends letter to RP stating work proposed can begin upon securing the required <br /> permit for the work. <br /> 05-16-94 PHSIEHD receives permit application and issues permit for the work. <br /> 06-16-94 PHSIEHD visits site to observe the sampling and filtering of groundwater from MW#2, <br /> MW#3, and MW#5 for lead analysis. <br /> 08-10-94 PHS/EHD receives the "Report of Findings" dated August 1, 1994 reporting the results of <br /> the site investigation conducted during the week of May 25, 1994. <br /> S8#1 was drilled in the former tank pit area. The results showed residual levels of <br /> contamination in the deeper zone. <br /> S3#2 was drilled to the south east of the former tank pit.
