Woodward-Clyde <br /> Consultants <br /> 4.4 TIME SCHEDULE FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE INVESTIGATION OF <br /> SITE OR REMEDIATION <br /> Quarterly groundwater monitoring events are scheduled through 1992. Investigation of the <br /> excavation for backfill purposes and the previous pipeline are scheduled to be completed by <br /> Apnl 1992. Remediation of the site will begin after the selected cleanup alternative has been <br /> approved by SJCPHS. <br /> 4.5 METHOD AND LOCATION OF DISPOSAL OF THE RELEASED <br /> HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE AND ANY CONTAXIINATED SOIL, <br /> GROUNDWATER OR SURFACE WATER <br /> To date, no hazardous materials have been disposed by WCC at the site Any hazardous <br /> waste generated at the site will be disposed of in accordance with local and state regulations <br /> governing the proper handling and transport of hazardous waste to a designated landfill or <br /> other appropriate method. <br /> 4.6 MANIFEST REQUMED FOR THE TRANSPORT OF HAZARDOUS <br /> SUBSTANCES <br /> Hazardous matenals generated and transported from the site will be manifested in accordance <br /> with local and state regulations <br /> 4.7 MONITORING WELL DATA INCLUDING GROUNDWATER ELEVATION, <br /> pH, CONDUCTIVITY AND GRADIENT <br /> These results are summarized in Table 3, and Figure 2 <br /> 4.8 TABULATED ANALYTICAL RESULTS OF GROUNDWATER OR SOIL <br /> SAMPLING <br /> See Tables 1 and 2 (attached). <br /> 91COMBMWORMART QRPT 02-20-92 4-2 <br />
