a.:
This system provides a permanent and fuel -compatible solution to situations where electrical
conduit lines that are locked in concrete just outside of existing UDC's will interfere with the
standard installation of a CONY B2000 conversion frame. In this event certain areas of the angled
drainage panels must be cut out or cut open to allow the existing conduit lines and their components
to penetrate through the frame. This CONY -Retrofit -Plate product maintains the integrity of the
angled drainage panels by extending and/or re -sealing them back tofactory specifications. This
maintains the intended function: which is to direct and drain any fluids that leak from within the
hydraulic cabinet down into the existing UDC below.
Upon review of the manufacturing procedures, employment of the materials used in the fabrication
of the CONY -Retrofit -Plate product and the manufacturer's installation guidelines, it is my
conclusion that sound design and engineering of this product will meet or exceed the secondary
containment requirements of the California State Approved UDSCCS CONY B2000 Conversion
Frame system as concerns corrosion resistance and material compatibility of all motor vehicle fuels,
alternative fuels or their additives currently used by petroleum marketers today. I approve the above
engineering specifications for the Bravo CONY Retrofit -Plate product along with the Bravo
Adhesive, Retrofit Epoxy Kit.
Please contact me with any questions at 323-888-4136.
Sincerely,
 V%41
Don K.
