The 87/91 tank annular sensor did not clear out of alarm when tested and, therefore, the tank <br />is not monitored. The interstitial space shall be monitored with a monitoring system connected to an <br />audible and visual alarm system. Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified <br />contractor to replace the failed component with a functional component (LG 113-x listed, if applicable) <br />under permit and inspection of the EHD within one business day. <br />313. The north diesel tank and north 87 tank spill container failed when tested. All spill containers shall <br />have a minimum capacity of five gallons and be capable of containing a spill or overfill until it is detected <br />or cleaned up. Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor to repair or <br />replace the spill container under permit and inspection of the EHD. The 91 spill bucket passed after fill <br />cap replacement, and the 87 south spill bucket passed after a drain valve change. <br />999. Bravo conversion frame installed under a permit was modified and does not fit the footprint of the <br />under dispenser containment (UDC). The UDC shall be designed, constructed, and installed in <br />accordance with this section. Also, conditions stated in the State Water Resource Control Board <br />(SWRCB) condition letter dated 4/8/08 was not met.
