The angled <br />weir has been trimmed and it does not fit the foot print of the under dispenser <br />containment. <br />Violation: Title 23 California Code of Regulations Section 2636(g), Under- <br />dispenser containment shall be designed, constructed, and installed in <br />accordance with the following: <br />Owners or Operators of a UST system shall have the system fitted with <br />under-dispenser containment, or an approved under-dispenser spill <br />containment or control system according to the following schedule: <br />Under-dispenser containment shall be designed, constructed, installed, <br />and monitored in accordance with section 2631, 2636(c)(2), 2636(e), and <br />2636(f). <br />A manufacturer of an under-dispenser spill containment or control system <br />may apply to the Division of Water Quality Underground Storage Tank <br />Program Manager for approval of the system. Owners or operators shall <br />not install an under-dispenser spill containment or control system that has <br />not been approved. <br />Also, as stated in The State Water Resource Control Board approval letter dated <br />April 8, 2008. <br />1. Materials and procedures employed in the construction of the <br />CONV-B2000 shall remain the same as the materials that were <br />indicated in the documents reviewed by the State Water Board.
