They are <br /> being disposed of as drained used oil and fuel filters and not as hazardous waste oily solids. Used oil filters shall be <br /> drained of free-flowing oil, stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as"drained used oil and gasoline filters," <br /> and marked with an accumulation start date. Immediately properly label this container and ensure that all used oil <br /> filters are managed in this way. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by May 20, 2017. <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br /> online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
