As of 15 January 2016, the facility was closed, <br /> and the APSA is no longer applicable. <br /> In regards to the "Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report", all <br /> items have been completed or resolved, as listed below. MP Environmental was hired to <br /> conduct the cleanup work. <br /> Item 102: <br /> • On 8 March 2016, the empty secondary containment structure which formerly <br /> contained the bulk diesel tank was pressure washed with hot water, and the <br /> resultant wash water collected, sampled, and tested by Zalco labs. On the same <br /> day, the empty secondary containment structure which was the fertilizer tank <br /> farm was pressure washed with hot water, and the resultant water collected, <br /> sampled, and tested by Zalco labs. After review and approval from Waste <br /> Management, the wash water was shipped as non-hazardous water to their <br /> Altamont Landfill, at 10840 Altamont Pass Road, in Livermore CA. Enclosed are <br /> the shipping manifests, the Waste Management EZ profile and Non-hazardous <br /> WAM approval forms, and the Zalco lab report. <br /> • On 8 March 2016, wet solids were shoveled out a concrete trench and sump <br /> located at the former fertilizer tank farm. The solids were stored in 55-gallons <br /> drums, sampled, and tested by Zalco labs. After review and approval from <br /> Waste Management, the material was shipped to their hazardous waste site in <br /> Kettleman Hills CA as a non-RCRA hazardous waste solid. Enclosed are the <br /> hazardous waste manifest, the Waste Management EZ Profile and Hazardous <br /> WAM approval forms, and the Zalco lab report. <br />
