The following are Class II (Repeat) violation: <br /> 605, 701 <br /> 605 & 701. No information (or unreadable, faded) was marked on the hazardous waste label of a 55- <br /> gallon drum of waste anti-freeze container at the exterior bus wash. All hazardous waste containers shall <br /> be marked with the following information: <br /> 1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> 2. name and address of generator <br /> 3. hazardous properties <br /> 4. physical state <br /> 5. composition (contents) <br /> 6. accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required <br /> information.
