Generator generates hazardous waste <br /> from bus maintenance. <br /> Generator stated the property has been sold to Walgreens. Generator anticipates escrow to close <br /> shortly, which then the generator has to move out within 90 days, unless the generator could negotiate <br /> an extension to end of December 2013. The generator plans to move current operation at this address <br /> to 120 N. Filbert, Stockton. <br /> Please be aware all that hazardous waste at this facility must be properly disposed of according to Title <br /> 22. A final hazardous waste inspection by SJC EHD before facility can be removed from EHD <br /> Hazardous Waste Generator Inventory. Schedule a final inspection with this inspector when all <br /> hazardous waste has been removed. Please be aware that transportation of Hazardous waste from this <br /> facility to the new location is not allowed. <br /> Observed a sand blast unit at this facility. Generator stated the sand blast unit will go to the new <br /> location, but not the sandblast waste inside. Generator stated the filters at the old paint booth will also <br /> be disposed before the move.
