Lindsay St., Stockton Program: HW <br /> SUNINA11Y OF VIOLATIONS <br /> CLASS I, LASS 14 or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> This is a routine Hazardous Waste (HW) inspection. The following violations are Class II Repeats: #20, <br /> 23, 30, 49, 60, 61, 62, 63, 79, 84, and a Minor-Notice to Comply #81 <br /> 20. An approximately 30-gallon container of waste anti-freeze missing physical state and hazardous <br /> properties on the label. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information' <br /> 1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> 2. name and address of generator <br /> 3. hazardous properties <br /> 4. physical state <br /> 5. composition (contents) <br /> 6. accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all <br /> the required information. Violation was corrected on site. <br /> 23. Two 55-gallon containers of used oil filters in the bay had no accumulation date. Used oil filters must <br /> be stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as "drained used oil filters," and marked with an <br /> accumulation start date. Immediately correct and ensure that all used oil filters are managed in this way. <br /> Violation was corrected on site. (Records showed used oil filters were recently disposed). <br /> 30. Eight metal and one poly 55-gallon empty containers had no accumulation start date. Containers <br /> larger than five gallons that previously held a hazardous material shall be marked with the date they <br /> were emptied and managed within one year of being emptied. Immediately mark and manage all empty <br /> containers per this section. Violation was corrected on site. (Records showed empties were recently <br /> disposed). <br /> 49. Sign-in log of the 2010 hazardous waste personnel training was not available for inspection. <br /> - Facility shall retain on site a copy of the hazardous waste management training records of current <br /> employees for at least 3 years of hiring. The record shall include: (a) Job title of each position related to <br /> HW management, (b) written description of each of these positions including requisite skill and <br /> qualification, (c) written description of the type and amount of training provided for the positions, (d) and <br /> documentation of training completed by the employee filling the position. <br /> ' Submit a copy of the 2010 personnel training records to EHD by August 8, 2011 <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE($116). <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> EWh .
