This number is subject to <br /> correction once EHD has received the missing manifests and consolidated manifests referenced above. <br /> 45. The hazardous waste Contingency Plan does not have the most update phone number and correct <br /> name of State Office of Emergency Services (Cal-EMA) <br /> -- The hazardous waste Contingency Plan shall (a) describe the action facility personnel shall take in <br /> response to fires, explosions, or any unplanned sudden or non-sudden release of hazardous waste at <br /> the facility, (b) Arrangements agreed to by local police, fire, hospital, contractors, State and local <br /> emergency response, (c) List of names, addresses, and phone numbers of all qualified emergency <br /> coordinators, (d) List of all emergency equipment at the facility. (e) evacuation plan, (f) current phone <br /> number of State Office of Emergency Services. Corrected on site. <br /> A 55-gallon container of universal waste aerosol cans had no accumulation start date. Non-empty <br /> aerosol wastes shall be stored in a container that prevents breakage and release to the environment, <br /> label to identify the type of universal waste, marked with date of accumulation.. and managed within one <br /> year of storage. Corrected on site. (Records showed aerosol cans were recently disposed). <br /> Discussed with generator Universal Waste management requirements including aerosol cans, lamps, <br /> alkaline batteries, mercury containing switches, CRT. electronic devices, etc in a closed container with a <br /> label identifying the content and the start date of accumulation.
