Derrick Peterson on behalf <br /> of Kearney-National, Inc. (Kearney) for the Keamey-KPF facility at 1624 East Alpine Avenue in <br /> Stockton. Patterson Planning and Services, Inc. is affiliated with Kearney and has responsibility <br /> for managing this site. The Letter requests revising Monitoring and Reporting Program (MRP)No. <br /> 5-01-269 to eliminate laboratory testing of pH and electrical conductivity on a quarterly basis. <br /> Board staff concurs with these recommendations. In addition, based on our 2 July 2002 conference <br /> call, Board staff has removed the monitoring requirements that do not pertain to the groundwater <br /> treatment and disposal system from this MRP and will issue those requirements under a separate <br /> groundwater monitoring MRP. <br /> Enclosed for your review and comment is draft MRP No. 5-01-269, Revision 1.
