Sample collection and analysis shall follow standard EPA protocol. The maximum detection limits must meet the lowest reporting limit in the State Water Resources Control Board Policy for Implementation of Toxics Standard for Inland Surface Waters,Enclosed Bays and Estuaries of California(Appendix 4,minimum levels)or Department of Health Services detection limits for purposes of reporting(DLRs). GROUNDWATER MONITORING All monitoring wells and piezometers shall be monitored according to the requirements listed in j Monitoring and Reporting Program No. R5-2002-XXXX, unless the well or piezometer is being 1 used as an extraction or injection well, in which case sampling shall be in accordance with the extraction or injection well monitoring listed in this MRP. REPORTING In reporting monitoring data, the Discharger shall arrange the data in tabular form so that the T date, sample type (e.g., influent, effluent, etc.), and reported analytical result for each sample are 1 readily discernible. The data shall be summarized in such a manner to clearly illustrate compliance with waste discharge requirements and spatial or temporal trends, as applicable. The results of any monitoring done more frequently than required at the locations specified in the MRP shall also be reported to the Regional Board. As required by the California Business and Professions Code Sections 6735, 7835, and 7835.1, all reports shall be prepared by or under the direct supervision of a Registered Engineer or Geologist and signed by the registered professional.
