The effluent shall not have a pH of less than 6.5 or greater than 8.5. E <br /> 2. If the target constituents are detected above the 30-day average concentration limits, the <br /> Discharger shall obtain a confirmation sample within 24 hours of receiving the results and <br /> cease discharging until the analytical results of the confirmation sample are obtained. If <br /> the exceedance is confirmed, the Discharger shall replace the carbon in the lead GAC, �1 <br /> verify hydrogen peroxide dosage and retest within 72 hours of restarting the system. <br /> D. Groundwater Limitations T <br /> 1. The discharge, in combination with other sources, shall not cause underlying groundwater to <br /> contain waste constituents in concentrations statistically greater than background water quality. <br /> 2. The Discharger shall not cause the groundwater to contain concentrations of chemical <br /> constituents, including any amendments and by-products of any treatment process, in amounts T <br /> above background. 1 <br /> E Provisions <br /> 1. All of the following reports shall be submitted pursuant to Section 13267 of the California <br /> Water Code.
